After the flood

Well obviously the story talks about two families who lives were affected by a flood. It seems like the family who came to stay were embarrassed so they stayed to them self and tried not to be much of a bother. The reverend seems to be nosy.  This story talks about the death of her daughter and their family, which may of hinted the husband of her daughter killed them because he may of been depressed about losing his job. The family who took them in the married couple seemed estranged although living in the same house had respect for one another but distant. The story was pretty dull no real excitement, it ended with the married couple deciding not to go to church any more
